(as the patient),

I have had blisters on my hands and feet for the past two years, and the doctor has done numerous tests all to no avail. But today I saw a consultant who has at last given me hope, not of a cure I fear, but it will be controlled once they know for sure exactly what it is. It was such a relief to have someone say 'yes I know what it could be', and with the test done hopefully it will be controllable. Thank you.

Thank you for posting your opinion. I'm pleased that from your appointment you have been reassured and that your complaint can hopefully be controlled.

Also I must apologise that this response has taken longer than we would like, there seems to have been a communication error and we have just had visibility of your opinion today.
