"Patient opinion awareness training "

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as a staff member),

I am a Community Development Worker receiving patient opinion awareness training from members of the involvement team. We have been given some useful ideas of how we can gain opinions from the target groups we work with. As part of our role, is to improve mental health services for members of ethnic minority groups; we hope to encourage people to share their opinions to help us carry out our roles more effectively.

For more information please contact the Equality and Diversity Department based at Duncan Macmillan House: Tel: 0115 9691300
