Each time I have contacted this surgery, I have had problems continuesly with the reception staff. Whether it’s trying to obtain a respect prescription or trying to book an appointment. I have type 1 diabetes and in the past have had excuses for it to be delayed. I have just visited the site to register for online prescriptions and because the receptionist didn’t explain that my details would be sent I waited only for them to come out and making me feel stupid and incompetent in front of other staff. Regardless of being embarrassed, upset and angry the receptionist in question carried on. I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled by the behaviour of a person treating a patient this way. I would suggest customer service training but previous experiences tell me this will never happen. I’ve also had the same person refuse to send the prescription electroniclly to the pharmacy on numerous occasions.
