I should of had a planned c-section but my waters went two weeks before. I was rushed down as an emergency I can honestly say the care I got from staff was amazing!

They couldn't do enough the whole time I was there. One midwife gave me a bed bath as there had been a few complications in theatre. Also a health care assistant pulled a gut to get me some fresh orange that I was craving the ward I was on had run out so she got some from another ward.

Also me and my husband noticed how clean the hospital was and the food was lovely too. I would definitely come back to Royal Oldham hospital for my next baby.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our maternity service. It is good to hear that you found the care from our staff to be 'amazing'. I am glad to hear that you feel that our team have supported you following your C-section. I am also pleased to hear that you feel the care and environment were of such a high standard that you will be coming back for your next baby. I have shared your story with our maternity teams they were very pleased to hear it.
