I was referred by GP to Royal Derby hospital for pain management, I phoned to find out my appointment.
I was told that I might not be accepted as a patient as I had previously been seen by them and missed an appointment (due to pain) so they struck me off their list, I am not sure if I'll be seen.
I feel I have been treated very poorly by the hospital. I'm in pain, I have an autistic son and I'm not getting the care we need to get through life.
