My step sister who has downs syndrome was admitted to ward 34 after been on ICU and HDU, with very bad pneumonia.

She had only been on wd 34 a day when she got another infection. They were very good at getting on top of her infection. The staff were very good with her, especially since my step sister doesn't communicate very well with people. They worked well with her care and needs. Thankyou to all wd 34 for very good care to my step sister.

I am so pleased to hear about your step sisters experience whilst she was an inpatient at York Hospital, it's great to hear that we were able to look after your step sister so well and that we could meet all her care needs.

We are very proud of our staff and we know that they always strive to provide the best service to our patients; it's great to get feedback from our patients reflecting this.
