My elderly mother was rushed into hospital on 18/11/17 she was initially treated in resus. She was very poorly with sepsis.

I was over whelmed by all the staff that was involved in my mother’s care. I can not fault the professionalism everyone portrayed, yet remained balanced with humanism. I feel my mother was treated with the utmost respect and warmth byThe nurses, porters and the doctors especially.

The NHS continually appears to be under criticism and in cases rightly so. Yet the people that count in the service are simply amazing and should be acknowledged.
