"Overnight at ward 2"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Acute Medical Admissions Unit Dr Gray's Hospital / Paediatric Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My five month old was admitted overnight for observation, and thankfully discharged the next morning. The care we both received in a and e and on ward 2 was outstanding. The nurses especially should be so proud of themselves and their work; they are worth their weight in gold.

Dear Anthro1987

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave some feedback after your visit to the emergency department and Ward 2 in Dr Grays. I was sorry to hear your baby was unwell but glad that you got discharged fairly quickly.

It is great to hear that you appreciated the care the given by the nursing staff who looked after you. As you say the nurses do a fantastic job and I will certainly be sure to pass on your feedback. It makes such a difference to staff to know they are appreciated.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave this.
Kind regards

Caroline Reid (Nurse Manager)
