Was very happy with a two-day/one-night unexpected stay at Ward 16 for observation. The surgeon was more than diligent and left nothing to chance, and the aftercare on the ward was the best I've experienced in twenty years. Staff worked together to find solutions, whether it was using their experience, common sense, or compassion, and the general excellent sense of humour was always present!
