Ward 33 , disgusted how my father was made to guess what was happening to him. No communcation between the staff. My father was not informed with what was happening with him and they only way we knew was when a relative went to ask and even then with what they said, it was not followed through with. my father was left waiting and guessing. Some of the staff were nice and showed they really cared and more were annoyed if you talked to them in paticular one member.CommunicationWard

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The concerns you have raised have been shared with the lead nurse for the surgery division and department manager. The issues around communication and attitude have , in turn, been discussed with staff
