"Amazing"

I have recently had to visit the early pregnancy unit. I wasn’t a nice personal experience to have to go through, however the staff on ocelot ward have helped me through an awful situation. They have cared for me, put me at ease and kept me in the know. For two weeks nearly I have had to be observed and they have done their upmost hardest to help me. They have been kind, thoughtful and sensitive. Offered support and made me feel like a personal friend instead of just a patient. I could not have asked for better treatment. Even the staff on Eliot ward, taking bloods, were brilliant. Medway hospital are not given the credit they deserve. I have been to Medway hospital for many reasons in my life (babies, tonsils etc) and have never once had a bad experience.
