"excellent care and treatment"

The staff in the endoscopy unit today were quite exceptional. I went for bowel screening which is potentially undignified,embarassing and uncomfortable.The team today ensured I was kept informed, was involved in every step and that potential discomfort and pain were absolutely minimised.They were kind, patient,professional and obviously expert.The treatment areas were at such a high level of cleanliness and organisation,I was hugely impressed.I did not feel any embarassment ,and was helped through the painful bits with kind words and reassurance. I am an NHS clinician and I was so impressed with every aspect of my care today.Thank you endoscopy team!
