(as the patient),

Firstly, prompt consultation after 4 weeks requested.

All information sent to me about the procedure was well explained in detail.

On arrival at hospital I was met by nurse within 5 mins of allocated time.

The nurses & doctors were first class in attention to the Colonoscopy procedure and care during the test.

Aftercare before discharge was informative and relaxed.
