"Nurse Didnt Want To Help"

Nurse refused to investigate obstruction in my ear , despite me repearedly telling them i had a paper ear plug stuck in my ear they refused to do anything saying it looked like earwax and they coudnt get a grip if it was ear wax and recommended i use olive oil to remove it.

So they did nothing to investigate or remove the blockage and recommened i didnt try and remove it myself cos i might injure myself , when that was why i came to the hospital in the first place.

Unhelpful beyond belief.
