"Visit to the Surgical Assessment Unit on 17/11/17"

My daughter was referred to this department with a severe ear infection.

Whilst we initially had a wait of 1.5hrs before she was given any pain relief which was frustrating and very painful for her, after that things moved well. All of the staff we met were polite, friendly and helpful and worked well together.

Please send our thanks to the team on duty as they are doing an amazing job in a sector which requires considerably greater investment. Working under that kind of constraint is never easy and yet their kindness and professionalism shone through!
