About: Royal Derby Hospital

I was recently admitted to wards 209 and then 409.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the level of care shown to me throughout my stay .I was kept informed daily of treatment I was going to receive and the results of tests carried out .

I have not been a patient in hospital for over 30 years and like most of the public had heard of the failings of our NHS service .

From the moment I entered A@E ,I was treated promptly and with dignity and respect .

Thank you to all the are staff and doctors for my care especially at a very scary period . Thank you to everyone in the renal ward 409
