Thank you very very much for the excellent palliative care my Uncle Jimmy received. All the staff, without exception, were very kind, caring and helpful. I initially had some concerns about palliative care but staff took time to explain things clearly to me and I was reassured that Uncle Jimmy was receiving the best care. In all the time I spent with Uncle Jimmy, he was clearly well looked after and was in no distress or pain at all. He was sedated but very peaceful. I was given very helpful advice to continue communicating with Uncle Jimmy as he could probably hear me. I was blessed to spend this time with him. Although, I didn't get back there in time, I was thankful that a kind nurse was there with him and that he didn't die alone. I was taken to see him to say my last goodbye, by a kind nurse. Thank you all so much. God bless you. Xxx
