Very poor receptionist had no idea, wasted our time. Only wanted SP Catheter changing. 4 phone calls to reception, given phone numbers that were no use as we were on holiday and not Dr registered, finally told come to hospital and receptionist says we cant do that here. Surly a nurse could have done it.
