I rang up in the morning to get an appointment the doctor rang me back within 15 minutes. They were lovely polite and caring. They asked whether I wanted to come in but I felt reassured by what they said on the phone and I managed to get to work on time. Great service from a hard working gp.

Thank for your feedback, we really appreciate it when patients take the time to let us know how our care is received.

We have worked hard to make sure that the care we can offer over the telephone is safe and effective and that patients can make use of such services which are much more convenient than needing to come in.
