"Caring and professional: shoulder stabilisation"

Everyone I met on the day were tremendously caring and professional. My consultant’s team seemed so clear and confident that it put me at ease. The anaesthetists were pleasant and chatty which was a welcome distraction while they quickly and efficiently went about their work. The team in recovery were so calm and thoughtful that it felt like I was their only concern. The physio was full of good advice and gave me the confidence to deal with things once I was home. The nurses on Ward 1 were terrific: funny, attentive, sympathetic and down-to-earth! The information and pain pack I was discharged with was excellent, helping me get settled at home. There are no doubt many others who I never met, I only wish I could thank them all myself.
