"fantastic maternity care at Peterborough"

After spending nine months worrying about the birth of our baby, my partner and I had a totally amazing experience thanks to the staff at Peterborough Hospital.

I cannot praise the midwife who delivered our daughter highly enough. I had one-on-one care from the moment I was admitted to the delivery suite. The midwife was absolutely amazing - compassionate, caring and professional through a 12-hour shift. I can't thank them enough for looking after us so incredibly well and making our experience such a great one.

After the birth, we were allowed family time in the delivery suite for a couple of hours to bond with our baby before being transferred to the maternity ward for the evening. All the midwives on the ward offered a high level of care and we felt extremely well looked after from start to finish.

As we have recently moved to the UK from overseas we had looked into a private birth at a top London hospital. I am so pleased we decided to go with Peterborough instead. It could not have been possible to receive better care or have a more pleasant experience anywhere else.
