"confusion"

About: North Staffordshire PCT

(as the patient),

I recently rang the walk in centre to enquire about getting an appointment.

I was told I needed to walk in before 5pm to get an appt later that night.I walked in before 5pm and was then advised it was urgent only and the NHS had advised that only flu symptoms should be seen.

The receptionist was quite Patronizing and said they couldn't understand how I had been told above and it was very confusing for people, and frustrating for them.
