I went for a Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy examination at Queens Hospital earlier in the week. From the moment I entered the Clinical Diagnostic Unit Ward to the moment I was discharged, the service and professionalism of all the staff was exemplary. The Gastroscopist explained what was going to happen and as I was conscious throughout, I could see on the monitor the colonoscopy examination which was explained when I asked questions. The supporting staff were also very good and made me feel relaxed throughout. This is undoubtedly the best experience I have personally had at Queens.
