What I liked

i was admitted to ward 26 for surgery for lung cancer,having previously been given a booklet detailing the operation, and everything relating to the treatment, i was well prepared for my stay.

never having been in hospital,other than out-patient,this booklet was of great use to me and really helped me through my stay.my operation was carried out within 24 hours of arrival,and was successful.

during the seven days of recovery i was so very pleased with the attention given to me by the nurses and staff,they really were wonderful.

What could be improved
