Having been a long term patient of the ENT Dept, nearly 20 years, i cannot express my sincere thanks to my consultant and their team, also their fantastic secretary who will arrange appointments with the Consultant following my phone calls.
A prime example being today.i was seen by my consultant following a phone call and although i have an appointment for the end of the month,i received a phone call Tuesday saying i was to be seen on the Thursday,despite them not having an Adult clinic that day! I am so grateful to them and their team.No words can truley be enough but i always feel they go 'the extra mile' to help you.Thank You So much.I really do appreciate all the help and care given.
