"great"

About: The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore)

What I liked

- I liked the fact that the consultant was patient and listened well to my grandmother; the doctor also was very thorough and sounded genuinely interested in getting to the root of my grandmother's problems. Consultant was very polite and well mannered. The doctor was very prompt in organising x-rays and blood tests.

- When you call the hospital, the administerial staff are very efficient and helpful, and you don't get kept on hold for ages.

-Nice quiet location.

What could be improved

- Appointments did not run to schedule; but I accept this is because the consultants are so thorough with patients.

- Hospital Pharmacy and Radiography Depts are a bit of a trek from the main outpatients

Anything else?
