About: Russells Hall Hospital

We want to say a big thank you to all staff members at ward C5. Our 92 yr old mother was rushed into hospital by ambulance and stayed at this ward for about 2 weeks. Sadly she was diagnosed with terminal cancer but the way the consultants and nurses looked after her and our family was amazing. We are all very grateful for the care and support she, and we as a family have received. A big thumbs up and thank you for all the staff! Russells Hall is a highly recommended hospital.

Thank you very much for your kind words and feedback for C5 and the members of staff that work there. We are very sorry to hear about your mother but glad our staff have been able to support you all in this difficult time.

We know how important it is for our patients, as well as their family, to keep them fully involved and informed during their time in our hospital and through their treatment. But more importantly to keep them comfortable and give them the best care possible, and so your comments are very much appreciated and a testament to the dedication and professionalism of our team. Your lovely comments have been passed on to the staff for them to read.
