"It's just worrying."

About: Mch Pentagon

I am a new patient here. I have a young family, we have moved to Medway in August 17. It has taken the surgery over a month to register our family. Now finally registered I can not book an appointment- having tried on numerous occasions. The bookings system at this surgery is a failiture as other reviewers mentioned. You can call at 8 am sharp and you will not get answered as the line is busy and then go off or you end up holding for half an hour or more to get disconnected in the end, This is clearly wrong doing of receptionists. They are there to manage bookings and clearly there needs to be someone in charge of this mess as current staff does not do their job properly. You can not be sending others to Balmoral Gardens Walk in - if I wanted it to be my surgery I would have registered in there! Today I rang as my 2 year old has suspected measels, I have been told that I can get appointment on Wednesday next week! Is this the care you are offering?! She has a rash on her body it could be even something more serious and I am told to wait until Wednesday?! Its a joke. Is the reception staff medically trained? You are dealing with people who are sick and clearly you have no idea of what you are doing - all advice I get when I manage to get through is to go Balmoral Gardens Walk in, really? Why am I registered at MCH pentagon then if you clearly do not want to give me or my child an appointment. I suffer from depression and I have to go Balmoral Gardens to get a prescription for my regular medication... its just clearly wrong as GP surgery's job to do that.

I'm filing the formal complaint in.
