"The best Christmas present for year's"

What I liked

I underwent a minor hand operation under and was very impressed by the speed, efficiency and after care dealt to me. I have nothing but admiration by the way I was treated, the pain before the op was excrutiating, resulting in no sleep for weeks prior to the op. The after effect was almost immediate with all pain gone and a return to normal sleep pattern. It has been a tremendous Christmas present. A huge thank you to the doctor and the staff involved plus the physio dept.

What could be improved

Jam on the buttered toast afterwards.
