"Great hospital- outrageous car parking facilities"

About: Salford Royal / Diabetic medicine

Staff are great and care is next to None. However car parking facilities are outrageous! We set off an hour prior to my appointment despite living round the corner. Had to queue up for a car parking entry for 45 mins. Parking system is terrible no matter which car park you go into. This terrible experience has made me day miserable. As a patient under different trust I can say this trust has the worse parking system in place

We are sorry to read about the problems you have reported whilst trying to park on site to attend your appointment, and the Trust would welcome the chance to look into these concerns further. Please can we encourage you to contact our PALS service on 0161 206 2003 or email them directly on pals@srft.nhs.uk they will be able to explain how we can best investigate the issues you have raised.

Finally, we were glad to read that once in clinic, you were happy with the care received. We would be happy to share this with the staff concerned and again, if you were to email PALS, we can ensure the comments reach the correct people.
