"Poor practice and service for eldery"

About: Evington Medical Centre (C Kumar)

My dad has called over 10times to arrange an appoint for the last month. Everytime he has requested a home visit he has been asked to come into surgery despite the fact that he cant walk. The receptionist are so unhelpful and my dad has still not had a GP visit yet. If you have an elderly parent i would get them moved out from this surgery. No help at all. I would definately not employ anyone that has worked here either - its unexcetable practice and no moral compass with the way the care for elderly people.

I am very sorry to learn of your previous difficulties and to see that you have not received a response until now. However, I am pleased to inform you that we have a whole new management team at the practice and we are always seeking to improve services for the population we proudly serve. If you have any further issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our new Practice Manager at the surgery, namely Mrs Reena Vaghela. If you would like to play an active role at the practice, please feel free to contact reception to enquire about joining our patient participation group. Your views matter!
