"New substance misuse worker"

Met my new worker recently, really worried about future meetings. Although I have seen a worker only  2 or 3 times in the last 9 months (forgotten about again) I wasn't really spoken to, instead, all the info they needed for a care plan was taken from my file. Although a couple of promises were made when I tried to hold my worker to these assurances I was told no! I don't know why and can't think of a good reason for the refusal. The most important thing was to get me off medication within 6 months.

After the second meeting spent three days trying to contact my worker by phone, left messages, asked the receptionist to leave messages, no reply, just sleepless nights.

I know I am a whinging drug user but even junkies deserve consideration.
