Have to commend all staff who attended my son's mental health needs yesterday. Given the fact that A&E was busy and I heard one nurse say they were short staffed, they dealt with us promptly, kept us informed of waiting times and used extreme compassion and sensitivity when dealing with him. Many thanks to all involved for making his first step to recovery a positive one. It's much appreciated

I hope that your son is now more settled. I will pass your comments to the A&E department so that the staff are aware of the importance of their actions.
