"Excellent visit"

I had an appointment with the consultant on Tuesday 14November.I arrived 50 minutes early and was not sure if I had registered my arrival on the screen so asked at the reception desk.Both the receptionist who then checked me in and the one who made my follow up appointment were so helpful and reassuring,I cannot commend them enough. This was followed by me being called 45 minutes early to see the consultant and their very kind and helpful nurse.I was given all the answers to my list of questions without asking any of them! All in all a very impressive and professional team. Grateful thanks to all
