"Disgraceful"

My partner suffers from several different mental health issues and has trouble leaving the house his first appointment with Canada house was appalling not only was the doctor rude but kept calling my partner by someone elses name and didn't listen to him over spoke him they didnt even make any notes of my partners appointment on his records so that the next doctor new what was wrong or how to continue from the last appointment and made him feel it was all in his head we then tried a home visit to which was just as bad they turned up on a Sunday and clearly were not interested they wanted to get in and out as soon as possible since my partner has tried to see another doctor but because of the previous experience and the issues he has he now feels unable to attend or trust Canada house for the help he so desperately needs and as a result was sent a letter saying they won't help him because of all the issues when I myself tried to contact Canada house I was told someone would call me back and three weeks later has not but can type a letter out to a mentally Ill person making there situation even worse but cannot answer a phone to speak with the person they have made worse they should be ashamed of themself and the saying they hide behind I'm just doing my job. Mentally I'll people need time understanding g and patience to get better not pressured into things and made to feel like awful people because there unable to leave there home if it was so simple they wouldn't be I'll to begin with
