"Simply caring surgery"

Visited regular gp.i was giving plenty of time.my gp was excellent and througher.i was so very worried before visiting.i have such confidence in them I felt I Could 100% trust their diagnoses.which can be a challenge with health anxiety..I was giving time to discuse any extra worries I had .my dr is such a caring compassionate kind person.in my opinion they go well above a call of duty as a dr.time is something they dont look at.their patients are their first and foremost important factor..if this dr is running behind schedulaed time then it’s due to them giving their upmost to their patients..they're a credit to Groby road medical centre.they're also a teaching gp.i can’t possibly think of a better kinder compassionate dr students can learn from..as not only will they learn the medical stuff.from this gp they will also learn patient dr relationship.which is just as an important part of treatment..so a huge thank you dr...not forgetting our extremely hard working receptionists.without their dedication the surgery simply wouldn’t run..so be patient as there not always able to offer appointments.this is not through choice.but drs so so over worked only so far can they be stretched.i am extremely great full to the surgery for the care and time I always receive ..jo??
