Again having experienced this hell on earth for the second time,I will never put my trust into this service again! The staff made me feel as though I was a bad person,id lied about my thoughts/feelings..the vast majority of staffeta do not give a damn about even the most basic of card needs!!! Never again would I return to this hell hole!!!! It needs seriously reviewing...
