"Over and above"

Sad to say that late Sunday night, my mum passed away.

I actually wanted to take a moment to say how absolutely fantastic the Nurses and staff were on Ward 7 at Macclesfield General Hospital.

Asides from taking great care of my mum during those final days, they also took great care of me, my Sisters and other family/friends as we took shifts to make sure someone was with her at all times - they brought us cups of tea, made me toast at 3am, loaned us phone chargers, a never ending supply of biscuits etc. - they were a credit to the NHS so a big thank you to them all.
