"Minor surgery at Forth Valley"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had a minor operation to remove a lump on my heel at the Ambulatory Care Unit at the Forth Valley Hospital yesterday. I was about 15-20 minutes early and was chatting to the receptionist when I was called to go through by the nurse, Helen.

Helen and Doctor Miller had great banter which helped to put me at my ease and feel relaxed. The lump on my heel was removed in no time, I was discharged and away following a very straightforward visit.

Excellent service, thank you.

Apologies for the delay in responding to your lovely message.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with David and Helen. It is always nice to hear that you felt at ease at what can be a very anxious time. I hope your wound has healed well.

Thanks again,

Kirsty
