"Quick and easy"

I booked an appointment to have my implant removed and a new one fitted. The waiting room was comfy and really warm which was lovely on such a cold day. I didn't have to wait long for my name to be called. The person who treated me was chatty and efficient. I was really put at ease and the whole procedure was over pretty quickly. I wish that I would have gotten a bit more information regarding aftercare as the area was very sore and uncomfortable and I was not sure how to treat the wound. Other than that, the whole experience was very pleasant.
