"A filthy a&e department with rude staff..."

What could be improved

i was unfortunate enough to go to a and e and after 2 hours was put in a dirty cubicle with paint and plaster chipped off the walls, blood on the floor and needle packaging left lying around from previous patients. Other than the receptionist and one nurse who showed me the cubicle no one bothered to speak to me. My girlfriend went to ask the sister what was happening and was met with a very rude and dismissive woman who said after nearly 5 hours I was next to be looked at. I was offered no pain relief and no one even bothered to ask about what was wrong so in the end I left and sought treatment elsewhere.
