"Highest standards of care"

I have been registered with the practice for about a year now. Used the services frequently and have strongly positive experience. The people on reception are brilliant, always genuinely friendly and helpful. Even care to smile to patients, which can't be easy considering their job role :-)). Seen 4 or 5 different Doctors, and they always been very efficient, competent and helpful. Once had to wait for my appointment quite a long time, but this is understandable. Twice have beed offered the same day appointments when just popped in to enqire- which is great and what patients of majority of other practices can only dream of. :-). I have only a Very positive experience with this practice and very surprised to see some negative reviews. Would like to add that recent app myGP is a great help and actually Works!!! Making seeing a Doctor even easier. Well done, Guys!! Keep the highest standards of care up and Many Thanks for your great work.
