"My sons care in hospital"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Paediatric Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My son has now been in dr greys twice and both times the care he has received has been fantastic. The staff are lovely. Don't have a long wait either while waiting to be seen. Can't thank the staff and drs enough.

Dear Mummy25

Thank you for leaving feedback after your recent stays at Dr Grays. I hope your son is feeling better now. It is great to hear that you were seen quickly as I know it can be an anxious time waiting to hear what the doctors think.

The staff in Ward 2 work exceptionally hard at ensuring they make every hospital visit as positive an experience as possible and they will be delighted that you took the time to leave them some positive feedback. It makes such a difference to staff to know they are appreciated.

I will make sure they all see this and thank you very much again.
