My care as an outpatient for a fluroscopic injection of the hip was exemplary. The whole procedure from meeting the first nurse who did my checks, the surgeon, those that operated the fluroscopic machine, the anaethetist, the other two nurse in theatre, the porter, the auxiliary who gave me tea and toast after were efficient and made me feel very safe, secure and informed. I appreciated the microwave blankets, the professionals introducing themselves and thoroughly checking everything. Thank you. I have a letter which I am going to hand in to Orthopaedics on my next appointment also expressing my gratitude. You are all doing an amazing job.
"Exemplary care."
