I’ve only been at the surgery 6 weeks and what lovely caring doctors, I’m not the easiest patient with so many health conditions, I’ve met and spoke to a good handful of doctors all ready and each time I’ve seen or spoke to a doctor they have listened and took time to explain in depth with what’s going on with you and for someone like me who doesn’t have any family or decent friends to turn to for support and suffers from severe depression and panic disorder, I need a nice caring doctor with a good bedside manner and all have got what should come with doctors, I know today’s GPS are under a lot of stress but most people are under a lot of stress but it goes to show how the last 2 surgeries, there doctors just didn’t care, so I’m very great full and thankful for your care and compassion and also the receptionist and pratace staff how welcoming and really good at there job and have been so patient with me and helping me and treating me like an adult unlike other surgeries and it’s nice a quiet unlike another surgeries that felt like your walking into a disco , you don’t need blaring music when you and other patients feel poorly and for a doctor to call me late on a Friday to check on me is the best care!! I can’t fault this doctors surgery one bit, & I feel safe and feel I can speak openly to all members of staff , no one has judged me either and I’m a cancer survivor and will always need reassurance and just by the last 6 weeks that they will caring on with such lovely care and support. Thank you 😊
"So caring!"
