"Kind, considerate and hygenic"

I came in for a blood test and I was extremely nervous down to having a bad experience with needles in the past.

The nurse was exceptionally understanding towards my situation and assured I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process, as well as this, they also made me feel okay about having these types of fears and gave me some lovely advice on how to cope with them.

I felt very sick and dizzy after and the nurse allowed me to stay for as long as I required to make sure I was well enough to leave.

Overall the nurse and the receptionists were really lovely! I feel so much better about having blood tests and injections now and its completely down to them!

I recommend this blood clinic to anybody, whether you are having a blood test or you're donating, it's clean, friendly and efficient :)
