Short waiting time.
What could be improved
The consultant was disinterested, did not take a full history and did not let me fully explain my symptoms. A single plan of action had been predetermined and I felt that anything I had to say was irrelevant as a decision had already been made (without talking to me or taking a full history). No alternative actions were offered. The consultant rarely made eye contact and did not explain the reasons for his choice of therapy.Waiting timesUninterestedConsultantsAnger managementCounselling
