"Grandsons visit to minor injuries"

About: Alnwick Infirmary

Last Saturday morning 11th November, our grandson needed medical attention as he had a small part of the ear piece of headphones stuck in his ear. The receptionist on duty was very informative and friendly, we then proceeded to Minor Injuries and the receptionist there was also understanding and very helpful with filling a form out etc. When he was called into the Minor Injuries bay, the Nurse on duty met us with a lovely smile and was very kind and professional, The object was succesfully removed and the nurse was very infomative about after care, and friendly, thank you for all the great staff you have at Alnwick Hospital.
