"Not a nice experience sadly"

About: Prince Charles Hospital Site / General Medicine

(as a service user),

I had an appointment for a CT scan. The signposting to the CT suite was excellent.

However, no welcome, no #hellomynameis, no explanation at all. Consequently I was uncomfortable and scared, especially as the appointment letter had said: 'allow half an hour'.

Fortunately my ordeal only lasted 12 minutes and I can use mindfulness. I looked for a name badge afterwards and didn't spot one.

I tried the number and was asked for an ID then the # key.
