About: The Calverton Practice

The surgery is far better than any I have previously been at. They use the facility of providing doctor call backs really effectively and have provided emergency appointments when needed for our baby with no trouble. When I have visited on my own account, they have always given me the time to enquire more broadly about my own wellbeing and I have never felt rushed out of the appointment as I have previously experienced with other practices.

Thank you for taking the time to document your experience of the Practice.

It is really useful to have feedback from patients who have experience of other Practices and reassuring that our systems are effective and appropriate.

The use of the telephone triage system is to allow patients with urgent problems on-the-day access to a GP and it also allows us to signpost patients to the most appropriate suitable pathway.
